Start Point: Anchor a resistance band to the wall at chest level. Stand sideways, feet hip-distance, and grab the band.

Chop Time: With arms extended, position the band beside you at hip level. Activate your core and rotate, dragging the band diagonally across and upward, mimicking a wood-chopping motion. After 8-10 reps on one side, switch! Maintain form by ensuring your core’s engagement and selecting a band that aligns with your strength level.
